Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason. We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid Australia Post return label for orders shipped within Australia. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the item arrived faulty or was sent in error. Items marked Final Sale, opened intimates and personalised goods are not eligible for return. For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
